TickPlay Support
Setup steps, requirements and the fastest route to a fix — plus how to reach a human if you need one.
In short: most questions are answered by the troubleshooting guide and the FAQ. For anything else, email zfwkqns@gmail.com with your Apple Watch model, your watchOS version and the steps that reproduce the problem.
Getting started

Step 1
Install TickPlay on your Apple Watch through the App Store. If it does not install automatically, open the Watch app on your paired iPhone, scroll to Available Apps and tap Install.

Step 2
Open the app from your watch app grid or list.

Step 3
Transfer music from a computer over local Wi-Fi — see the transfer guide.

Step 4
Open the Library tab and play. No account, sign-in or internet connection is required.
System requirements
- Operating system: watchOS 10 or later
- Supported devices: Apple Watch Ultra 3, Apple Watch Ultra 2, Apple Watch Ultra, Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch Series 10, Apple Watch Series 9, Apple Watch Series 8, Apple Watch Series 7, Apple Watch Series 6, Apple Watch Series 5, Apple Watch Series 4, Apple Watch SE
- Transfer source: macOS, Windows or Linux with any HTTP file server
- Installation and updates: A paired iPhone is required to install and update the app
Common problems
The troubleshooting guide covers the app not appearing on the watch, transfers that cannot find the computer, files that will not play, missing lyrics, storage errors and background playback. Each entry lists the specific fix.

- Your Apple Watch model and watchOS version
- The TickPlay version you are running (currently 1.0.9)
- A description of the issue and the steps that reproduce it
- Screenshots, if you have them
